Here you will find answers to the most common questions regarding trading on trydeandres.dk. Your purchase on trydeandres.dk complies with current Danish legislation for internet shopping. This means that your rights as a consumer are respected.

DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We process the orders in the order we receive them in. We aim for a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over DKK 500. You get free shipping if you choose collection in one of our physical stores.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS DELIVERED?

Your goods are packed in tissue paper and a robust plastic bag. Your order is sent with the selected carrier.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can log in to your account and change your information under "Addresses". If you have already placed your order, contact us here

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO

We deliver to all of Denmark. In addition, we also deliver to a number of other countries in Scandinavia and Europe. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions.

RETURN

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN?

It costs DKK 39 to use our attached return label.

How do I cancel my purchase?

You have 14 days right of return from the day you receive your order.

can I return in your stores

You can return your order in one of our stores by presenting an invoice or voucher.

Can I exchange in your stores?

You can exchange your goods in our physical stores by presenting an invoice or voucher.

Can I exchange online?

We do not exchange online. If you want a different size or color, you must return your order and place a new order on the webshop.

How quickly is my return processed?

We endeavor to process your return within 48 hours on weekdays. During busy periods it may take longer, but no more than 14 days from the time you send the item back to us.

What do I do if the item is damaged upon receipt

It rarely happens, but should it happen that your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us the same day or the next working day.

PAYMENT

how do I pay

When you place an order on trydeandres.dk, you can pay with all payment cards from VISA, MasterCard, Dankort and VISA/Dankort. You can also pay via MobilePay.

When will the amount be withdrawn from my card?

We only withdraw the money when your order is dispatched from us.

is it safe to pay

Our payment system is PCI certified - a worldwide security standard developed by VISA and MasterCard.

can I pay with my bonus kroner online

You can use your bonus kroner when paying. Once you have used your bonus kroner, they have been used and will not be returned to your customer account if you regret the purchase. If you regret a purchase where you have used bonus kroner, you can get a credit certificate of the same value as the bonus kroner you have used. If you have used other means of payment than bonus kroner for your purchase, you will receive a credit for the amount of bonus kroner and the other amount will be returned to the payment card used. If the credit certificate is to be sent to you, it costs DKK 39.

How do I search for an item?

It is easy to find a product on trydeandres.dk. If you have the item's name or item number, you can use the search function at the top of the page.

I have seen an item in the store but cannot find it online

Trydeandres.dk does not have the entire range in the stores. You are welcome to contact us about a specific item.

I have seen an item online but can no longer find it

It may happen that an item is temporarily sold out and is therefore not online. You can choose to sign up for the item by clicking "Notify me" on the item in question. You can also contact us to find out if the item is back in stock.

ORDER

How do I know you have received my order?

Immediately after you have placed an order, you automatically receive an order confirmation to the provided email address.

When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped. Here you will find your track&trace number, where you can follow your shipment.
