Prices

All prices on trydeandres.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
If obvious pricing errors occur, and you reasonably should have discovered this, and you purchase the item at this price, we will make a specific assessment as to whether you were in good or bad faith about the pricing error. If you knew or should have known that the price of the item was incorrect, we will cancel your order and retain the item pursuant to section 32 of the Contracts Act.

Agreement conclusion

When you shop at trydeandres.dk, a binding agreement is entered into when you have placed the order. You will then receive an order confirmation. It is recommended that you check the confirmation to see if it matches your order in terms of quantity, product type, price etc. With each purchase, you must accept the terms of the trading conditions. You are encouraged to read the terms thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms give you.

All purchase agreements are concluded in Danish.

Delivery

We take great care to pack your purchases as securely as possible. We set high standards for handling shipping and receiving goods.
We process the orders in the order in which they are received. As a rule, ordered goods are sent as one shipment.
Your goods are delivered by the selected shipping provider to the address you have provided as the delivery address. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days. It is not a guarantee that the item will be delivered within the specified time. If we are unable to send the goods to you within the specified time, you will be informed via SMS or e-mail.
When the item is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your package's track & trace number , so you can follow your shipment here . You can also see the status of your order by logging in to your customer login on the site.

Shipping and handling fee

Applies to Denmark: All trade is with free shipping if the purchase is greater than DKK 500. Orders under DKK 500 are subject to a shipping fee of DKK 39. Return shipping costs NOK 39 if you use our return label .
We ship with Postnord.
There are no hidden handling fees.

Shipments abroad cost from DKK 97 per dispatch. We ship to Great Britain, Greenland, Holland, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Germany and the USA.

Exchange service

We do not exchange online. If you want a different size or color, you must return your order and place a new order on the webshop. You can exchange your goods in our physical stores by presenting an invoice or voucher. Items purchased as outlet items cannot be exchanged. Read more under right of return / cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at trydeandres.dk as a consumer.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by e-mail or by using the standard withdrawal form . In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If your order is sent back to us because you have not picked it up, you will bear the direct costs associated with the return shipment, which will be deducted from the total amount returned to you.

If you use your bonus kroner, they have been used and will not be returned to your customer account if you regret the purchase.

If you regret a purchase where you have used bonus kroner, you can get a credit certificate of the same value as the bonus kroner you have used. If you have used other means of payment than bonus kroner for your purchase, you will receive a credit for the amount of bonus kroner and the other amount will be returned to the payment card used. If the credit certificate is to be sent to you, it costs DKK 39.

Return

Returns cost DKK 39 by using our shipping label . You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
When using a prepaid return label, you must ensure that you get a receipt at the post office, as documentation for a possible compensation in case of loss of the return shipment. You are responsible for the package until it is acknowledged as received at our address. Please complete and enclose the return slip that came with your order when you return the item. If you use your bonus kroner, they have been used and will not be returned to your customer account if you regret the purchase. If you regret a purchase where you have used bonus kroner, you can get a credit certificate of the same value as the bonus kroner you have used. If you have used other means of payment than bonus kroner for your purchase, you will receive a credit for the amount of bonus kroner and the other amount will be returned to the payment card used. If the credit certificate is to be sent to you, it costs DKK 39.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value, and in certain cases this may mean , that you can only get the shipping costs back.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you use our return label, we will deduct DKK 39 from the amount you must receive back from us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Delivery costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

You are welcome to exchange the item in one of our stores.
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Complaints and wrong delivery

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. You must always be able to show your receipt and the product in question when you want to advertise. If the item has been used, it must be freshly washed when you come and advertise.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, trydeandres.dk will cover your reasonable shipping costs. If we find that the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label, which you can use to send the item to us.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. We need your order number, product name/code, information about the error and whether you want an exchange, repair or refund of the purchase price. If the item has broken during transport, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of return shipping of a complaint product, trydeandres.dk is responsible for your reasonable shipping costs.
If you need to send the item back and no longer have the shipping documents, you can print a return slip and attach it to the shipment.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. If you have not used our return label, remember to also get a receipt for dispatch so that we can reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Payment

You pay for your purchases on trydeandres.dk with a valid payment card. We do not charge card fees. You can use Dankort (no fee), VISA/Dankort (no fee), VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard. All credit card information is encrypted and all security requirements are met. Neither Tryde Andrés nor third parties get to know your credit card details, as they are transmitted via an SSL encrypted connection (Secure Socket Layer). The money is only withdrawn when the package is dispatched from us. In case of returning an item, the purchase price for the returned item is refunded to your card.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1. We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2. The money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We accept payments from the following foreign payment cards:
VISA Electron
MasterCard
Maestro card

If you pay with a MasterCard, Visa Electron or another debit/credit payment card (except Dankort), the amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with your agreement with your card provider. The reservation ends and the amount is deducted from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you cancel your order before the item has been dispatched, we will notify your card provider to simultaneously cancel the reservation of the amount on your account. We point out that it is your card provider who is then responsible for canceling the reservation, and that the amount may be reserved on your account for a period of the current month plus 30 days, depending on your agreement with the card provider - even if you have canceled your order with us.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Mogens Andrés at info@andres.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board if the conditions are met.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
